Jasmine Court, developed by Akasaka Real Estate Co., Ltd. and its dedicated team, offers a chain of residential rental buildings. Leveraging our extensive experience in the Japanese housing market, we provide comprehensive support for our tenants, encompassing services from property acquisition and maintenance to tenant placement, cleaning, and airport transfers.
Since 2020, Jasmine Court has expanded to four buildings, primarily located in Funabashi and Matsudo cities, Chiba Prefecture. We prioritize tenant comfort by meticulously designing our rooms and facilities. While our locations favor quiet, residential neighborhoods over immediate station proximity, we offer affordable housing and tranquil living spaces for relaxation.
Understanding the financial burden of initial rental costs, we’ve streamlined our procedures to minimize expenses for our tenants. Typically, Jasmine Court requires only a deposit, cleaning fee, and fire insurance, with additional fees applied only in specific circumstances.
